Meet Teddy!
Teddy is an 8 week old male Domestic Short Hair cat. He's everything you want in a kitten - he's playful, snuggly, and energetic! He'd be a happy edition to any home.
Teddy is part of our "Bub's Burger" litter that was born here at the shelter. Their mom came to us pregnant, and soon gave birth to 7 of some of the cutest kittens we've seen. Since they were born here, we've gotten to know the little ones pretty well. They're all used to being handled, and they love attention.
Our Teddy is almost like a little teddy bear. With his round face and big eyes, and his affinity for snuggling, he has quickly become a favorite. His mom, Linda, also loves attention, so Teddy definitely learned from the best! Teddy has met some kids here and has always done well, but being a kitten he's still learning how to play gently so he might accidentally scratch when he gets too excited. We have not tested Teddy with any dogs, but he's young enough that he shouldn't have a problem adjusting in his new home.
Teddy has been started on his vaccines and is using his litterbox like it's his 9-5 job. He's now ready to finally get out into the shelter and explore the big wide world! If you think Teddy could be the cat for you, stop by and meet him today!
