Do you like the finer things in life? Well, here's one for you - Lauren, the second half of our Ralph-Lauren duo!

Lauren is a 4 month old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. Although she can be shy at first meeting, she quickly becomes a goofy and sweet girl. Lauren was surrendered to us alongside her brother (Ralph, who has his own listing here on our website) and is now looking for her own forever home!

Lauren and Ralph were found on the side of the road during a cold snap. A kind neighbor took them in to make sure they'd be safe, and looked after them for a few weeks. He could not keep them long-term, however, so he brought them to us to find permanent homes. When Lauren first meets you, she can be pretty timid. She doesn't like to just be grabbed at, and prefers that you give her a minute to get used to you. Once you show her you can be trusted, this girl becomes a very silly and playful pup.

Due to Lauren originally being a stray, we unfortunately don't know much about her history. She gets along great with her brother, and has done well with another puppy we've introduced her to. She briefly met a big dog, and while she did okay, she was pretty nervous. We have not yet seen how she is around cats or kids. With her being a little more shy, we don't think she would like being around small kids that can't respect her space. We always recommend a meet and greet with any pets or kids in the home prior to adoption, so you can be sure Lauren would be the right dog for you. Lauren is also not trained at all. She's still a puppy, so she shouldn't give you much trouble, but please keep in mind that it'll take some patience to get her on her best behavior.

Lauren has received her first round of vaccinations and is ready to find a home where she can live in luxury! If you think this sweet girl could be what you're looking for, then don't miss out on the chance to adopt our Little Lauren.
