Meet Billy, the adorable new addition to our shelter!
Billy is an 8 week old male Domestic Shorthair kitten. He's currently on medication to deal with some tummy issues, but he will soon be looking for a forever home!
Billy was brought to us as a stray who was unfortunately never claimed by an owner. He does seem like he's interacted with people before, though, as he is very sweet! He's not nearly as rowdy as some of out other kittens, and is content to curl up and nap on you while the others go crazy. He does have a playful side, but he just doesn't need to be constantly entertained.
We haven't yet tested Billy with other animals or kids, but he seems very interested in the other kittens at the shelter. Once he's off of his medical hold, we're hoping to find him a buddy so he's not alone all day. With his personality, we think he could get along with just about anyone as long as they respect his space. Big dogs or kids that grab at him might make him nervous, so he should be given the proper time to adjust to any new siblings.
