Meet the pretty new girl in town - Nyssa!
Nyssa is a 1 year old Domestic Shorthair cat. She was surrendered to us through no fault of her own, when her owner found themselves with more animals than they could care for. This sweet girl is now looking for a forever home!
Nyssa is a loving girl, and warmed up to us right away at the shelter. Once she gets to know you, Nyssa is a snuggler, but she isn't clingy. She's independent enough to stay out of your way when you need her to, but then she's there to give love when you have the time! Nyssa has spent her life indoors, and has never really been given the opportunity to go outside. In her previous home, she was around a dog and other cats, and did well with them all! She would play-wrestle with her feline siblings, and also got along with her canine buddy. Nyssa has also been around kids and did good with them.
Nyssa is at a great age where she's still young enough to have a playful side, but not so young that she demands constant attention. She would be a great companion for someone that's looking for a buddy to spend their free time with! Nyssa has received her first round of vaccinations and is litter box trained.
