I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Hi! My Name Is Patty

I'm in the Recovery Room - I'll Be Available Soon

Meet gorgeous Patty! Patty is a one year old spayed Domestic Short Hair cat. This precious girly came to us through no fault of her own when she found herself in need of a new home.

Patty was initially found as a stray, so unfortunately we don't know much about her past. She showed up at her previous owner's place pregnant, and they knew she needed a safe place to raise her kittens. They were good hearted enough to see her through her pregnancy and then bring her to us so that she has a chance of finding an amazing home!

Patty is a sweet, calm cat.  She enjoys attention and likes the occasional lap cuddle.  While she's past the crazy kitten stage, Patty still has some energetic, playful moments, and she definitely loves her cat toys! Plus, just look at that face and those gorgeous, green eyes.  Definitely a cutey! Due to this girl's reserved personality, we are asking that she go to a home that has a low traffic, non-chaotic environment, though overall, she is not a particularly anxious cat and would probably adapt to most things over time.  Very small children are overwhelming for her, though, and she is not a cat who appreciates the high energy and clumsy handling methods that come along with babies and toddlers.  Patty would do best in a home with older children that can respect her space.

Patty is such a beautiful and loving girl who deserves the very best!  She is already litter box trained and has been given her first round of vaccinations, which means she is now officially up for adoption!  If you are interested in providing a safe, caring, and forever home for Patty, call or stop by the shelter!
