Meet Tito, one of 5 males in our good-time litter! Tito is an incredibly smart 8 week old German Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix. After finding himself at the shelter, he is now looking for a forever home!
Tito and his siblings were part of an accidental litter that their owners could not keep. Now, these breeds are known for being intelligent, but Tito is even smarter than the rest of his siblings. Even though he isn't trained at all, he has responded to our commands better than the other puppies. We think that with a dedicated owner, Tito could be a real impressive dog one day! Being a shepherd-heeler mix, Tito is going to continue to be active into adulthood. These are very intelligent breeds, and he won't be happy just sitting at home. If you're looking for an exercise buddy, or someone to keep you moving, then consider one of these puppies!
Tito has been around plenty of other dogs and did well with them all. He's also met some kids and did well with them too, but he has not been around cats. Tito is still young enough that, with proper introductions and socialization, he should be able to adjust to most circumstances. Being so young, he is not trained at all. He is not housebroken and doesn't know any commands. His owner will need to be willing to work with him to make Tito a well-behaved little gentleman!
