Hide your diamonds, hide your exes, I’m a little bit Alexis!
Meet Alexis, our adorable new kitten! Alexis is an 8 week old Domestic Long Hair cat. She’s obviously gorgeous, but she also has a sassy attitude that is very endearing!
Alexis and her brother, David, were found as strays inside of Hays. They likely were born outdoors and spent the first few weeks of their lives roughing it, but have since come to the shelter to be pampered like they deserve! Alexis is the more outgoing of the pair, but she still can be shy upon first meeting. It’s going to take some patience to get Alexis to fully trust you, but it is well worth the effort.
Alexis gets along with other kittens, but we have not yet tested her with dogs or kids. She is still plenty young enough to adjust to new circumstances, but with her being shyer, she’s going to need time to feel comfortable around any new siblings. Kids that can’t respect her space and will just grab at her would not be a good fit, or dogs that are going to get in her face and scare her.
Alexis is litter box trained and has received her first round of vaccinations. She will soon be ready to meet her forever family! Get ready to meet our sweet Alexis!
