Meet Casper, the Friendly Cat!
True to his namesake, Casper is a big ol' lovebug. Even when suddenly finding himself at a stressful place like the shelter, he has been incredibly sweet to everyone he meets. Casper is really just a lover boy who wants a best friend to love on him all day!
Casper was surrendered through no fault of his own when a family member developed allergies to cats. He doesn't let it get him down, though, and has stayed open to finding a new forever family. At his previous home, it seemed like Casper could get along with just about anybody. He's been around kids and always did great with them. He's also been around big dogs and never had a problem with them. He's even been around baby goats, and was friends with them as well! The only thing he hasn't really been around is other cats, but he hasn't seemed to mind the ones he passes by here. Overall, Casper seems like a pretty chill guy that will be happy just about anywhere.
Casper is declawed in his front paws. Due to this, to ensure his safety, we will only be adopting him out to a home that will keep him as a strictly indoors cat. He is litterbox trained, and does a pretty good job keeping himself out of trouble.
