The year's first litter is going up for adoption - meet our Little Women!
Mid-February, a pregnant stray showed up at the shelter. She was super sweet, and we knew she was waiting to give birth until she had a safe place to stay. Shortly after taking her in, Katerina gave birth to 4 gorgeous kittens. Surprisingly, they were all females, and we quickly fell in love with the bunch.
Meg, like her namesake, is a very intelligent and poised little lady. She's not as rambunctious as some of her siblings, but she definitely enjoys a good wrestle from time to time! You will often find Meg exploring the maternity room, eager to learn everything she can. She is a very sweet girl, and loves seeing new faces.
Having been born at the shelter, these kittens have spent their whole lives around people. They're all used to being handled, and other than the occasional scratch (after all, they're still learning their own strength!) they have had no issues with us. These four are also already mastering the art of using the litterbox, and will soon be pros. Since they are not available to the public just yet, we have not seen how they interact with dogs or kids. They're all sweet, and still young enough, that they should be able to adjust fairly easily.
Our little women have received their first round of vaccinations and are getting ready to start their new adventures! If you want to add one of these girls to your story, stop by and check them out today!
