Meet Mouse!

Don't let his name fool you - Mouse is quite the big boy. He is a 2 year old neutered Domestic Shorthair cat who is now searching for a forever home!

Mouse was quite the rascal in his day, and seems like he's used to an outdoor life. He eventually grew tired of fending for himself, and decided he should adopt a family to take care of him. Unfortunately they could not keep him long-term, so they decided to bring him to us so he can find a forever family! We believe that Mouse was likely part of a TNR program during his stray days, and one of his ears is clipped. This is common for vets to do when they neuter strays, and doesn't cause him any pain.

Even though Mouse was previously a stray, he is actually very sweet and loving. It's very possible that he did have an owner at one point, as it seems like he is used to humans. He lets us pet him and pick him up, and is affectionate with the people he knows. He loves curling up in his human's lap for a cat nap. He's also very playful, and will "hunt" bugs to bring to his favorite person as a present! Mouse has been around other cats and children and has always done well with them. To our knowledge he hasn't been around dogs, but with him being laid-back we think he would be okay with canines that respect his space. We can always do a meet and greet with any pets in the home before an adoption to make sure it is the right fit.

Mouse is such a sweet boy, and he deserves a forever home where he will be cherished! He has received his first round of vaccinations and is litter box trained. Stop in to meet Mouse and make him the newest member of your family!
