How peculiar - another litter of kittens that are looking for forever homes? We might as well be called Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Cats!
Meet Jake, one of 2 males in our Peculiar Children litter. Jake is an 8 week old Domestic Shorthair kitten. Having been born at the shelter, he is very used to making new friends! He doesn't have any problems letting us handle him, and loves getting attention. Jake doesn't like to be bored, and would love an owner with enough free time to keep him entertained!
These kittens have obviously grown up around their mom and each other, and have always gotten along. As they age, we've started to notice they've been bossing each other around over food, but that's to be expected. They love to play with each other and chase each other around our maternity room! We have not yet tested them with any dogs or children. They are young enough, though, that we think they could adjust to just about anything given some time.
These kittens were supposed to be up for adoption already, but unfortunately, an illness has been spreading through the cats at the shelter and afflicted these little ones. They've been put on medication and are doing so much better already, but we just want to observe them for a bit longer and make sure they are healthy before sending them out. Once they've been given the all clear, we don't expect they'll be here too long! So if you are interested, keep an eye on their listings, and get ready to meet our Peculiar kittens!
