Meet Polina! This sweet young girl is a 6 month old, female, Domestic Short Hair kitten. She's a little shy, but is quickly warming up into a very sweet girl!
Polina came to us as a stray, so we're still getting to know her full personality. What we've already learned is that Polina is a very affectionate girl once she knows you. Polina is the type of cat that craves a best friend, and wants everyone she meets to give her a little bit of love! As she gets used to us here, she keeps opening up. She's starting to show her playful side, and is always eager to explore our cat room. We have noticed, though, that Polina tens to get spooked by loud noises, especially if she doesn't know you yet, so it may take a moment for her to fully warm up to you.
Since Polina was a stray, we don't know if she's been around kids or other animals before. As previously mentioned, though, she's quickly warmed up to us at the shelter and is now doing very well. We think, with proper introductions and some time, she could adjust to almost any situation. We can always do a meet and greet with any kids or pets in the home prior to adoption, as well, so you can be sure Polina is the right fit.
