This litter of kittens was found with their mom as strays in one of the trailer parks in Hays. It was immediately apparent, though, that these cats must have had some level of human interaction, and they're far too sweet to be feral. Unfortunately, no one came forward to claim them, so we're helping them on their quest to find forever homes!
This little lady is Susan, the big sister of the bunch. She is a 3 month old Domestic Shorthair kitten. Susan definitely likes to be in charge, and will make sure you know it! Susan tends to get jealous when her siblings are getting attention, and she would love to be in a house where she can be the star of the show!
Susan gets along great with her siblings, but we have not yet tested her with any other animals. She is young enough, though, and seems playful enough that we don't think she'd have a problem adjusting to new siblings! It is important to note, though, that with Susan being a kitten she's still learning how to play gently. She has a habit of scratching and nibbling during playtime, which could scare a younger child that doesn't understand she's just trying to play.
