This litter of kittens was found with their mom as strays in one of the trailer parks in Hays. It was immediately apparent, though, that these cats must have had some level of human interaction, and they're far too sweet to be feral. Unfortunately, no one came forward to claim them, so we're helping them on their quest to find forever homes!
This little man is Peter, the big brother of the bunch. He is a 3 month old Domestic Shorthair kitten. Peter is our lover boy, and he is always happiest right by your side! If you're looking for a constant companion, then the search is over, 'cause Peter is your guy! The moment we enter the kitten room, he's immediately climbing up into our laps.
Peter gets along great with his siblings, but we have not yet tested him with any other animals. He is young enough, though, and seems playful enough that we don't think he'd have a problem adjusting to new siblings! It is important to note, though, that with Peter being a kitten he's still learning how to play gently. He has a habit of scratching and nibbling during playtime, which could scare a younger child that doesn't understand he's just trying to play.
